FITNESS & DANCE INSTRUCTOR / TRAINER COMMENTS...
When responsible for the conception and coordination of a brand spanking new fitness event it helps to know that you are handing the stage over to a pro - and Anna is just that. From the initial communication and her questions surrounding the event I knew this was more than just 'a class' to her, she shared in my enthusiasm for the concept and educated me along the way in areas I was unfamiliar with - her skills and experience exuded in all pre operative chats and inspired me to embrace my own lioness as we helped 100s of others find theirs! UPROAR served as the perfect combination of fun and physical exercise to the guests at 48hr Fitness, the immense success and positive feedback from our Brean event meant that we simply had to ask Anna to return to our Prestatyn event. The mix of cardio, dance and fun means that UPROAR is for ALL. Inclusivity is massive when it comes to our events and Anna is a true representation of an inclusive instructor, she empowers all those taking part and its something special to see their faces light up. UPROAR is so much more than a fitness class it builds strength physically and emotionally as Annas words inspire loud and proud. The one thing that is paramount to this session is camaraderie, seeing a group of people enter as fitness enthusiasts and leaving as friends. I recommend everyone gives UPROAR a go and most importantly I recommend Anna - highly.
